PAYMENT

• All payments must be made in full upon completion of services.
• Please proceed to the main reception desk, where our receptionist will process your payment.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and BMore Nails gift cards.
• A minimum charge of $10 applies to credit card transactions.
• Gratuities cannot be added to credit or debit card payments.
• An ATM is available on-site with no surcharge fee.

CASH DISCOUNT

• The cash discount program is available only when making full payment in cash.
• Paying in cash qualifies you for the discount and earns a stamp toward a free pedicure on your stamp card.
• Once your stamp card is fully stamped (10 stamps in total), you can redeem it for a free pedicure on your next visit.
• A new stamp card will not be issued on the day you redeem your free pedicure voucher.

APPOINTMENTS

• Walk-ins are always welcome, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
• We highly recommend making an appointment to ensure availability, especially if you’re bringing friends and prefer to sit together.
• For parties of five or more, a 20% deposit is required.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Jewelry, Phone & personal belongings

• Please keep all jewelry and personal belongings in your possession at all times.
• BMore Nails is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

Pricing

Prices may vary depending on length, shape, size, custom colors, and specific service requests.

Sanitation

• We thoroughly disinfect all tools after each use.
• Tools are stored in sanitary pouches and placed in a UV sterilizer to prevent contamination.
• Our spas feature innovative removable jets, which are always soaked in Barbicide to ensure a hygienic experience.
• Additionally, we use disposable files, buffers, and pumice sponges for each client, along with disposable tub liners for enhanced sanitation.

Appoinments

• Walk-ins are always welcome, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

GRATUITIES

• Gratuity is suggested for all services performed in the salon.
• For your convenience, we provide tipping envelopes at the front desk. Simply hand your envelope to our receptionist.

Refund

• We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
• If you experience any issues during your visit, please speak with our front desk manager at the time of service.

Complimentary services

• Lacquer polish services are not guaranteed.
• Only nail enhancements (Acrylic, UV Gel, LCN, SNS, and gel polish) are guaranteed for up to 7 days from your initial visit (e.g., 1/1/2025 – 1/7/2025), excluding breakages.
• If you notice any lifting, chipping, or cracking within the first five days, please call to schedule a complimentary repair.
• Remember to bring your recent receipt as proof of service.

Medical conditions

• Please inform your nail technician of any medical conditions that may affect your visit.
• It is essential that we are aware of any potentially contagious conditions affecting your hands or feet.
• If such a condition exists, we require written consent from your physician before providing service.
• We cannot perform services on clients with open or infected wounds. If you have or suspect you have such a condition, please notify us immediately prior to your appointment.

Tardiness

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments to ensure courtesy to other clients.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to offer your ap pointment slot to the next customer, and the next available technician will assist you.

Gift certificates

• All gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable.
• Gift certificates cannot be exchanged or replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
• We are not responsible for unauthorized use.
• Certificates are valid only at the location where they were originally purchased and cannot be redeemed elsewhere

• Our Nails Salon is the perfect venue for bridal showers, birthday celebrations, bachelorette or bachelor parties, corporate events, or casual get-togethers with friends, family, and coworkers.
